SWYA

Terms of use

The deal, in plain words.

SWYA is a free shopping list. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Effective November 3, 2026

Who we are

SWYA is published by [PUBLISHER]. For anything in these terms, write to [CONTACT_EMAIL].

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. The account is yours alone: keep the phone it is on safe, and do not sign in with a number that is not yours.

Your lists

What you put on your lists stays yours. You are responsible for it, and for not using SWYA to send anything unlawful or abusive to the people you share a list with.

A shared list belongs to everyone on it. Anyone on it can add, tick off and remove items. If you leave or delete your account, the list stays with the others, as the privacy policy describes.

What the app does not promise

An arrival reminder is a help, not a guarantee. It depends on your phone allowing location in the background, on its battery settings and on the signal. Sometimes it will be late, and sometimes it will not come.

Using it fairly

Do not try to read other people’s lists, overload the service, or get around how it is secured. We may suspend an account that does.

Ours and yours

The SWYA name, mark and app belong to [PUBLISHER]. Your lists belong to you.

Liability

SWYA is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a missed item, a missed reminder or a wasted trip. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change matters to how you use SWYA, we will tell you in the app first.
